By downloading or using the Swords of Glory: Return of the Sultans application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including trademarks, copyrights, and databases, remain the exclusive property of BrotherGames Limited You agree not to:
- Copy or modify the App or its components
- Attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative versions or translations
3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Charge for services with prior notice
- Terminate access without notification
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain device security (avoid jailbreaking/rooting)
- Bear all data/network charges
- Keep devices charged for proper functionality

10. Refund Policy for Voucher Purchases
This Refund Policy applies specifically to the purchase of digital voucher codes through our Game Voucher Store for use in Swords of Glory.
- Final Sale: All voucher purchases are final. Voucher codes are delivered digitally via email and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the code has been successfully sent to your registered email address.
- System Errors: If a voucher code fails to be delivered due to a technical error on our side (e.g., system failure, payment gateway error), you are entitled to either a full refund or re-issuance of the same voucher value at no extra cost.
- Accidental Purchase: Refund requests due to accidental or duplicate purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of the purchase date to be eligible for consideration.
- Region / Account Incompatibility: If the voucher code does not work in your region or is incompatible with your game account, we will first assist with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Customer Service Commitment
We are committed to providing timely, transparent, and effective support for all users of our Game Voucher Store and Swords of Glory services.
- Response Time: We commit to responding to all support inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Urgent Inquiries: For payment failures, missing vouchers, or issues preventing gameplay, we prioritise your ticket and aim to respond within 4 hours during business hours.
- Multi-Language Support: Our support team provides assistance in English and Arabic to serve our global player community.
- Ticket Tracking: Every inquiry receives a unique support ticket number. We track each case from initial report to full resolution and will follow up with you until the issue is closed.
- Escalation: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to a senior support manager. Escalated cases receive a response within 8 hours.
- Feedback: We welcome your feedback on our support quality. Your input helps us improve our services for all players.

12. Sanctioned Countries & Services Restriction
BrotherGames Limited complies fully with applicable economic sanctions laws and regulations administered by the United States (including the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control – OFAC), as well as other relevant international sanctions regimes.
- Restricted Territories: The App and its related services (including the Game Voucher Store) are not available for use or access in any country or region that is subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (collectively, "Sanctioned Countries"), including but not limited to: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as well as any other jurisdiction designated from time to time by applicable sanctions authorities.
- User Representation: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you: (a) are not located in, resident in, or a national of any Sanctioned Country; (b) are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list (such as the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List – SDN List); and (c) will not access or use the App in violation of any sanctions or export control laws.
- Right to Restrict Access: We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to block, suspend, or terminate access to the App and related services from any IP address, device, or account that we reasonably believe is located in or associated with a Sanctioned Country or a restricted party.
- No Circumvention: You agree not to use any virtual private network (VPN), proxy service, or any other method or device to disguise your location, circumvent these restrictions, or otherwise access the App from a Sanctioned Country. Any attempt to do so will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.
- No Liability for Enforcement: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or related to our enforcement of this Section 12, including the blocking or termination of access to users from Sanctioned Countries.
⚖️ Compliance Note: This Section 12 is intended to ensure BrotherGames Limited's compliance with applicable international sanctions laws and regulations. The list of Sanctioned Countries may be updated from time to time without prior notice to reflect changes in applicable law. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised restrictions.
